ABOUT SKILLS DAYS
"Since there was a lot of interest in the Skills Camp, I decided to organize more weekend events for more floorball players. Boys from the years 2007-2012 are invited. As part of Skills Days, participants will experience days full of floorball. But they will not only be about sports, we are also planning educational lectures about a comprehensive approach to a healthy lifestyle. My wish is that the participants leave the event not only enriched with floorball advice, but mainly as better people thanks to our experiences, which we will try to pass on to everyday life."
What can you look forward to during SKILLS DAYS?
- 3 days full of events, trainings, workshops and experiences
- 15 hours of training
- training sessions for skill development
- trainings for the development of game thinking
- fitness training (strength, speed, agility)
- work with video analysis
- team-building games
- educational lectures
- compensation and stretching under the supervision of a physiotherapist
- individual work with goalkeepers during the entire camp

- accommodation in a hostel

- price for the campsite: CZK 4,990
- meals 6 times a day (restaurant + snacks from camp partners)
- drinking regime during the entire camp

- opening of the camp: Friday 2 June at 11:00 a.m. (check-in from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.)
- end of the camp: Sunday 4 June at 18:00 (after dinner)
